Frequently Asked Questions

Small sections of the skin are targeted with laser light, which penetrates into the tissue causing small areas of thermal damage which in turn stimulates significant collagen renewal and a tightening effect on the skin. This also resurfaces the outer layer of dead skins cells revealing brighter, fresher skin. The surrounding non- affected areas of skin aids the body natural recovery process.

The benefits of laser resurface is it smooths and softens lines and wrinkles, stimulates new collagen and elasticity in the skin, improves and resurfaces uneven/rough skin texture, congested skin, tightens open pores and acne scarring.

There is a small discomfort during the treatment with the sensation feeling like a snapping rubber band which creates a lot of heat afterwards. This can feel similar to sunburn as it will be red, warm and sensitive to touch aft the treatment.

The treatment take 30-45 minutes depending on the area being treated.

Results from acne scarring are permanent. Skin rejuvenation treatments are long lasting with maintenance treatments every 6 months to help keep the skin healthy with the stimulation of collagen and elastin as we age and to help slow down the ageing process and keep your skin healthy.

Skin Rejuvenation treatments are €260 for a full face. Course of 6 are recommended €1500 (payment plan available). Acne Scarring will be discussed in the treatment consultation.
